Carolina Distinctive Homes LLC placed lot number 68 on hold in the
Stonebridge golfing community with plans to purchase. The Stonebridge golf course opened in 1997
and was voted in the top 5 best new course in NC, by NC Magazine. Stonebridge is now selling lots for
developers to begin construction on new custom homes. As of November 1, 2006, Stonebridge is vacant
of homes located directly on the golf course.
When asked, co-owner Aaron Broadway stated; “This is going to be an
upscale and growing location, bringing great appeal to our customers. Carolina Distinctive Homes LLC is very
